Tiara teaches Pole Fitness. Pole fitness has become more main stream over the past 4 years and may become an Olympic sport soon! Pole dancing is different than "Pole Fitness". In our studio we focus on the pole tricks and holds and the athletic aspects of pole fitness.
Other pole studios teach "pole dancing" and moves at the bottom of the pole. Our studio is the ONLY one in Northwest Florida teaching ADVANCED POLE FITNESS with a focus on the pole athlete for both Men & Women.
