There is more heat in capsicum spice than you ever imagined!
First of all, did you know there is a difference between healthy eating and fitness foods? Women seeking that fit beautifully toned body can technically eat only the healthiest of foods, eliminating all or most processed items but still not reach that fit body goal.
Why? The biggest reason is usually because of unbalanced macronutrient intake. It’s important to know how much protein, carbohydrates and fat your body needs.
In addition, certain foods produce more thermogenic and diuretic properties, something that is of particular interest to women. Knowing what your best food choices are and working those foods into a daily and weekly plan is critical for success.
One of these power foods is Capsicum Spice. It is that little thing known to many as peppers or chiles from capsicum plants. These little hotties are rich in antioxidantswhich help to fight off free radicals that cause disease state but also contain anti-inflammatory properties as well.
The capsicum healing benefits don’t end there. This little spice also helps to lower cholesterol, lower blood pressure and help with digestion. There is a lot of power in these little peppers! Capsicum spice is a must for anyone serious about health and fitness.
One of the amazing fit body benefits in this unassuming little capsicum chile pepper or bell peppers is that it helps to speed up metabolism by using proteins to stimulate lipolysis or the break up of fat cells, and utilize it as energy elsewhere in the body.
Studies also show that spicing up your breakfast with capsicum causes appetite suppression helping you to stay in your caloric and macronutrient set guidelines. I love spicy food so I try to use peppers or hot sauce in as much as I can for that thermogenic burn. I put jalapenos or bell peppers in my omelets, hot sauce on my sandwiches and tuna salad, and on just about everything! For me the spicier the better so find ways to use capsicum spice in your everyday cooking.
